A warehouse automation company with full in-house capability
Spacemaker Systems is a warehouse automation company with offices in Ocoee, Florida and Nuneaton, Warwickshire. From those two locations, the company designs, engineers, manufactures, and supports pallet shuttle systems for high-density warehouse automation across North America, the UK, and Europe.
Every Spacemaker deployment is engineered to the site. System design, rack layout, and software integration are shaped around the operation. Every phase runs through Spacemaker directly: design, engineering, software, manufacturing, installation, commissioning, and ongoing service. One contract, one roadmap, one team accountable from specification through long-term support.
The product line covers two-way pallet shuttles (DualAxis Pro® and Pallet Mole®) and four-way pallet shuttles (QuadAxis Pro®), paired with a proprietary software suite that includes MGM®, MultiWare Manager®, AnyWare®, and 3DWare®. Shuttle hardware is built in-house at the Ocoee facility, and software is developed by the same engineering team that designs the shuttles.
To date, Spacemaker has completed more than 90 pallet shuttle installations globally, serving cold storage, food and beverage, 3PL, manufacturing, distribution, and retail operations.
Proud member of
From design through service,
under one roof
Spacemaker handles every phase of a pallet shuttle deployment directly. One contract, one roadmap, one team accountable for the outcome from specification through ongoing support.
Design and Engineering
In-house mechanical, electrical, and software engineers run storage studies, throughput analysis, rack layout, and full system specification. Every deployment starts with an engineered design tailored to the facility.
Software Development
MGM®, MultiWare Manager®, AnyWare®, and 3DWare® are all built in-house by the same engineering team that designs the shuttles. Custom integrations with customer WMS and ERP systems are built on the same platform.
Manufacturing
Spacemaker’s manufacturing and production staff build shuttle hardware at the Ocoee facility. DualAxis Pro®, QuadAxis Pro®, and Pallet Mole® units are assembled, configured, and tested on site before delivery.
Installation and Commissioning
Project managers coordinate Spacemaker’s own installation and commissioning crews on site. Rack integration, WMS handshake, operator training, and handover are handled directly.
Service and Support
Ongoing maintenance, spare parts, software updates, and 24/7 technical response under the Spacemaker SOS® care package. Field technicians and remote support cover North America and Europe.
Single Accountability
Engineering, production, service, and sales teams across the USA and UK run every phase directly. One contract, one roadmap, one point of contact across the entire project lifecycle.
